Returns

 

If you wish to return a purchase for whatever reason, please email us at enquiries@annathompsonart.co.uk as soon as possible.

Purchases will only receive a full refund if returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. Anna Thompson Art will not cover the cost of return postage and cannot assume any responsibility for return parcels that are lost, stolen or mishandled, so please use a tracked and signed for service to return your items and retain any tracking numbers for reference.

After receiving your returned item, you should receive a refund within 5 working days via your original method of payment. Shipping costs are none refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged items

If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival please inform us immediately at enquiries@annathompsonart.co.uk From here we can assist you in returning and replacing or refunding your product.

 

Online Purchases

Please note that all products are subject to availability. We will inform you via email if we are unable to fulfil your order. We reserve the right to supply only part of an order or not accept your order in the event we are unable to obtain authorised payment or the item ordered is out of stock. In the event of us cancelling an order, we will notify you as soon as possible via the email or phone number provided at the time of order.

 

Fine Art Prints, Splash Backs,  Fabric and Wallpaper

Nearly all fine art prints, fabric and wallpaper are printed to order so will take a little longer to arrive. If you would like a firm timescale, please email enquiries@annathompsonart.co.uk before you place your order. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges unless the items are faulty. Please check you items as soon as they arrive and inform us of any faults immediately.
