Shipping Information

 

We are a UK based company and send your goods via Royal Mail or DHL. We aim to ship your products within 1-3 working days from receiving your order. Please note, artwork prints, fabric and wallpaper are made to order, therefore if maybe wise to contact Anna Thompson Art via email enquiries@annathompsonart.co.uk to get a timescale before placing your order. We use a signed for,  tracked service where possible. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Overseas customers

If you live outside of the UK please email enquiries@annathompsonart.co.uk for a shipping quote before ordering. Shipping costs will not include your local countries customs or vat charges so we advise you to research these before placing an order.
